Local, on-device transcription test — records real speech and checks whether filler words ("um", "uh") survive, unlike the browser's SpeechRecognition used above.
Filler-word dropping is a learned bias in Whisper's training data, not a suppression flag — these modes are decoding-strategy experiments, not a guaranteed fix.
